I received my new debit card today (only updated expiration), and was forced to call the rude activation staff, who for no reason would not activate my card after the first agent call disconnected. Highly disappointed with Envision not providing any other alternative to activate a card and access my account. This function should be in the app, if you are already securely logged into your account."
